I'm not a "MySpacer" at this point, but aside from the flocks of kids who use the service, I've found quite a few interesting musicians (these just from this morning's trawl). A few local soundheads I know post there too.
Anyway, I just came across a few references to MySpace's recent change in terms of service, post- Rupert Murdoch acquisition. If you post your music there, it might be worth checking into what I've been reading lately in a few different places.... which is, essentially, that MySpace owns your content.
I read how they own your stuff and I thought to myself "I'm going over to myspace right now to take those songs down"
Luckily I went and read the ToS myself. The key phrase, and this quote may not be entirely accurate but that is...
"Until you remove it"
So they can do what they want until you remove it from their site.

Actually, I think the *KEY* phrase is THIS one:
"MySpace.com may modify this Agreement from time to time and such modification shall be effective upon posting by MySpace.com on the Website. You agree to be bound to any changes to this Agreement when you use the Services after any such modification is posted."...
