Mystery-Meat UI -- in the Task Manager

Ran into this last night.  Now idea how.  Man, that's just user-disdainful UI design/affordances, IMO...

My favorite comment: "This is what happens when you let kernel geeks write UI code."

...and little did I know:

"Similar to this, but not as neat, is the ability to hit Ctrl+S when running sndvol32 to toggle between large and small displays..."
